In the world of luxury retail, the environment must be as flawless as the product on display. We recently completed a unique LED installation for Tiffany & Co., pushing the boundaries of how digital media and physical high-end jewelry coexist.
This wasn’t just a screen installation; it was a feat of custom engineering designed to create a seamless "phygital" (physical + digital) experience.
The centerpiece of this project is a custom-engineered LED wall that features a built-in physical niche. This "empty area" was specifically designed to house a Tiffany diamond, allowing the digital content to wrap around the physical stone.
The result? A captivating visual symphony where motion graphics highlight the fire and clarity of the diamond in real-time.
To meet the "Tiffany Standard," the visual quality had to be microscopic in its detail.
1.95mm Ultra-Fine Pitch: In a boutique setting, customers are often standing just inches from the display. The 1.95mm pixel pitch ensures that even at close range, the imagery remains crisp, vibrant, and free of visible pixels.
GOB (Glue on Board) Protection: High-traffic retail environments require durability. We utilized GOB technology, applying a transparent protective layer over the LED lamps. This not only protects the delicate LEDs from dust and accidental impact during jewelry placement but also enhances the contrast and provides a wider viewing angle.

By merging the durability of GOB technology with a bespoke mechanical design, we provided Tiffany & Co. with a display that is as functional as it is beautiful. It is a testament to how modern LED technology can do more than just play video—it can create a stage for the world’s most iconic jewelry.
